We will port & polish your heads and/or intake or we can sell you new heads and/or intake ported & polished.
You Ship your Heads/Intake to us and We SHIP THEM BACK FOR FREE
**We use a SuperFlow 600 Flow Bench
Port Work does not include valve jobs, $175.00 on most all heads.- To clean both heads, resurface, and a fresh performance valve job.
Stage1: Bowl Job- Port & Polish intake and exhuast bowls. $325.00
Stage2: Cylinder Heads, Matched port intake & exhaust and Polished 1-2 inches in ports and port & polish Intake and Exhaust Bowls. $450.00
Stage3: Includes everything from stage two and fully port & polish all the intake and exhaust runners. $650.00
Stage4: Cylinder Heads, fully ported & polished Intake and exhaust and polished combustion chambers. $725.00
Stage5: Cylinder heasds , fully ported and polished intake and exhaust, unshroud combustion chambers around intake and exhaust valve and polish combustion chambers, and then we CC all combustion chambers for equal combsution chamber volume. $900.00
Intakes:
Intake Manifold - Match port & polish 1-2 inches inside the ports, Dual & Single Planes.
SB $150.00 BB $200.00
Intake Manifold - Single Plane intake match port and fully polished through the entrie intake runners. $275.00
We can sell you a ported & polished new Ford 5.0 Intake (Upper & Lower) or we can port & polish yours.
Lower Intake Match Port $150.00
Lower Intake Full port & polish(fully modified intake runners) $ 250.00
Upper Intake Match Port & polish entire intake $150.00
Upper & Lower Intake - match port & full port Lower intake, match port and fully polished upper intake($50 Savings) $350.00
