Want to upgrade or downgrade your racing franchise?
I have my ARCA Lincoln Welder Truck Series race truck up for sale. I was hoping that they would bring the series back to the West Coast, they have assured me that they will not so I am trying to sell it along with my enclosed trailer and possibly even my dually! I am willing to sell just the race truck if someone wanted to purchase it by itself or race truck with enclosed trailer.
About the race truck...
it is a chevy S10 body, with a 4.3 litre V6 dry sump oiling system engine (with only about 150 laps around a 3/8 mile track on fresh rebuild). It has the triple disc mini clutch, tex racing transmission, quick change rear end, Bilstein racing shocks (which were just rebuilt), braided steel hoses, new gel battery, brake bias valves, all gauges and tachometer are also included. This truck is a turn key truck and you could go racing with it tomorrow, just needs a new safety harness as the ones that were in it were past date and are no longer legal. The truck has full MSD ignition, performance holley race carb, gm performance vortec two piece intake. I will also include four extra doors for each side, extra roof panel, two hoods, cowl filler, front bed filler, one left and one right bedside and an extra fender for each side. I have some spare wheels and tires and the tires on the truck have only about 35 laps on them, they were fresh stickers prior to that! This truck was the West series champion truck for 2004-2006 seasons. It was then fourth place in 2007 on a shortened season when I got it and missed a race in the beginning of the season.
The trailer,
This trailer has the extra 18" height, chrome package, has 26' cargo, breakaway emergency brakes. The trailer has a total of about 3200 miles on it since I bought it new in July of 2006. It was only used for a season and a half and has been sitting since the middle of 2007.
I may also include my dually in the picture if the price is right! I have over $25,000 invested in the race truck and $13,000 for the trailer in '06.
I am asking $25,000 but am open to offers to make this sale. I would separate the race truck out and sell it alone if that's what you wish or come with your truck and pickup the trailer with the race truck. Like I said, I may also offer the package with the dually for a bit more so you can fly out, I pick you up, then you drive it back.
I have quick change gears I can sell if you need them as well as extra spindles, master cylinders, calipers, spacers, sway bar.
