Description
8-cyl, 560 HP 440 Engine, 3 speed automatic transmission, Orange Ext w/ Black interior, Purchased at Barrett Jackson in 2006. This car has been parked for the last 22 years and has all original vintage gear. Paint and mural was done in 1978 by Jim Beveridge. Jim did most of the cars at the track at the time. Jim now does game cartridge illustrations and sci-fi work. Jim's signature is on the passenger door and the he still remembers the car. Ron Rix, the driver of the car, toured Edmonton malls promoting the north side track. This car is truly a blast from the past. Larry Brown of Bel Engines built the engine and remembers it well - SOLD WITH BILL OF SALE ONLY, NO TITLE FOR THIS RACE CAR.
This car runs and drives well, it has fiber glass one piece hood/fenders doors & a fiberglass trunk lid. it also has lexan windows to keep the weight down. I have never raced it so i can't say what times it will run at the track. Price is $14,000 or best offer.
