1970 Nova 10.5” Tire, stock wheelbase & rear suspension drag race car. This Nova has run 9.94 at 135mph naturally aspirated. The car comes with a big shot plate system, which has been piped in already. The nitrous has not yet been wired in, and the car has never made a nitrous pass. Car is being sold as a rolling chassis, no engine or trans. Car is set up for a Chevy Big Block engine and a 400 transmission. Engine and trans are currently in the car, and will be removed prior to buyer picking up the car.
BODY
This car was painted 15 years ago, and could use a refresh. It has several small dents and some extremely minor rust spots. The subframe has been recently removed, sandblasted and painted, and the complete engine compartment has been detailed and repainted at the same time. The car has new aluminum body bushings and polyurethane rear spring bushings. The new fiberglass hood has new red paint and the new fiberglass front bumper has new silver paint (was not painted yet at time of photo). The car also has a new chrome rear bumper and all bumper mounts have recently been sandblasted and painted...Please contact me and I will email you a full description of the car (there is a lot more to tell than can be listed here), and I can send more pictures as well.
