Body: Donahoe Baja FJ race glass, one of only 3 sets. ABS Mud flaps, Body repainted in BMW Topaz Blue. The best looking Demello Offroad custom Prerunner bumper ever made; Demello Offroad sliders and aluminum nose and engine skids.
Cockpit: Sparco wheel, ScanGauge 2 and Innovate AFR gauge. Galaxy CB / frequency counter, Valentine One Radar detector. Dash-mounted Motion Computing 16" tablet PC with cellular Web, roof-mounted Garmin GPS with booster antennas for cellular, Sirius and GPS.
Interior: Full cage body-gusseted with the factory interior replaced. Headliner is uplholstered Second Skin sound deadening neoprene. The interior is completely sound-deadend for the quietest fully-caged ride ever.
BS Sand seats with Crow 4-points. Custom mounts allow sliding adjustment. Airbags removed. Interior tubes padded and upholstered light gray to match the factory interior. A removable 14-inch TV is tripod-mounted in the back. Twin inverters front and rear.
In the back an aluminum racing jack, Pains Wessex EPIRB aircraft beacon and extinguisher are mounted with Fourtreks aluminum mounts. 20lb. Powertank bottle on welded mount. Odyssey 2300 battery is just behind the rear seats. On the rear door a Springtail MPAC storage system holds the First Aid kit and tools.
Stereo: Crossovers and amps mounted out of the way in the rear ceiling. 1000 watts with two Alpine 4-150 PDX's and MB Quart separates. 3-way MB Quart Reference in front and 2-way in back. JLA W3-10's are over each rear fender behind the seats in custom enclosures. The front end is an Eclipse AVN-50 with all Monster cable low and high-level.
Engine: URD 1GR supercharger with the 7 psi pulley. AFR mapping can be updated from the computer inside with the URD MAF sensor calibrator. Doug Thorley ceramic longtubes lead to a URD custom straight 3" exhaust and Y-pipe. Accessory electrical is with a custom Blue Sea installation. Tranny torque converter high-pressure upgrade by IPT.
Drivetrain: Rear; custom Currie Track 9 Ford 9" rear with ARB locker, 35-spline, 4.56. 4" wider track than stock. Reel Driveline driveshaft with double carden. In front are an ARB locker with Total Chaos 4340 Chromoly extended axles.
Suspension: Front; Fox triple bypasses with Total Chaos hoop. Total Chaos FJ Long Travel kit, 13" travel. Total Chaos spindle gussets. Rear; DR beefy upper links, DR Signature series shocks, DR Jounce shock |
