Description
This is my 1996 Ford Probe GT (5 speed) with a professionally rebuilt 2.5L 24 valve engine. Only 10,000 miles on professionally rebuilt engine (Work done by Shrage Bros. Ford Dealership in Mount Calvary, WI)! The actual mileage is 177,000, however, the car's body is in Excellent Condition, has newly replaced alternator, serpentine belt and tensioner, catalytic convertyer, all new spark plugs and wires, battery was replaced two months ago, has 2 Brand new Kumho Ecsta Z-Rated tires and 2 brand new BF Goodrich G-Spot Tires, both are low profile. This car only has a few minor problems. It does require a jump start to get fired up since the starter is sucking too much battery juice needs to be replaced which is $168 from Advance Auto Parts. Also needed is the Bay 2 Oxygen Sensor which is only $100. This car runs fantastic without the Sensor and Starter working properly even though it would be nice to be able to start on its own again(Not to mention the horsepower gained from the sensor) :) The reason I need to sell this car is because I am now the father of two children and getting two kids out of the back of this car is a PAIN! |
