They sound like they are from Great Britain,England, or the U.K. They will offer you a LOT more money for what you are selling. They will send you a certified check written on the Bank of America. They will instruct you to send part of the balance to an address for shipping and the remaining balance to another address. The check WILL NOT CLEAR!!!!!!!!! It has been printed. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! Hope this saves some of you some time from dealing with these morons!!!!It is called something like the Nigerian internet scam. racersevenallday

Thanks Doug, this is very true and we have added warning messages to all of our response messages that are sent to those that place ads here.

All sellers should be wary of anyone that claims they must send you an "overpayment" and trusts you to send back the extra money. The checks that are sent in these scams look very, very real.

Never send or deliver the goods unless the check clears, no matter what excuse is given for you to not wait.

We get these messages on the system all the time and try to delete them before you ever see them, but some may get through. Please just delete messages with bad English that seem strange.]
