Description
This is a 1973 Porsche 911E - 935 look, street legal race car for sale. It has a turbo charged motor with 3.2L Carrera intake runners, dual fuel pumps, dual coils and dual plug heads with a compatible distributor. The fuel pumps are new, as is the fuel cell. There is a remote mounted intercooler in the left wheel well. The engine runs exceptionally well, remains cool and has no oil leaks. The engine was just dyno-tested - at 5913 RPM it produced 244.5 horsepower, resulting in 217.2 foot pounds of torque. The engine was not completely wound out at that point, and regular high-test gas (not racing gas) was being used.
The transmission is a short bell housing, 4 speed, turbo transmission. The clutch and pressure plate are new. It has cross drilled brakes and 3 piece BBS racing wheels.
This car has Lexan side and rear windows. The air intake comes in through the rear quarter windows. It has race seats and each seat has a 5 point Simpson harness. The car has a Momo steering wheel, full roll cage and a fire system.
This is a race-ready vehicle, with a considerable amount of investment in the initial build. The additional money spent in upgrades puts the value of the car way above the asking price. These recent upgrades were professionally done and the car has been sparingly driven since then. With only 46K original miles this is a great value on a remarkable car. It is a street legal vehicle, pefect for a performance minded individual.
The asking price has just been reduced to $35,000. in hopes of a quick sale. |
