this motor is not locked and is not dual port but it is a good engine the trans has set to long with grrese moving and will need cleninf inside but where are you going to find this stuff that is useable and no lies I want 450. for both if you're building a rest VW or trike this will get lots of MPG cause it is stock andnot junk 816-242-4068 TYPE 1 engine and four speed manual
