Description
Here I have a VERY CLEAN 1968 Cougar with all original floor pans and frame ITS ALL SOLID! this was not a ohio car! it came from NC, I did a ground up restore but needs finished, I have 90% of everything to finish, i have most of the interior but the seats will need recovered, i stripped this car down to a shell, and stripped all the paint off it, the under side has been sanded, primed and undercoded and then painted Purple, all the door jams are painted, a good body man can have this car ready for paint in no time, the car does have a little bondo in it as there were a few dents here and there that were pulled out and fixed.
It has all new suspension from top to bottom, i bought a hole front end kit over $300.00 and it has 1inch lowering springs on the front, all new brakes front to back,new drums front and back al new brake hoses and lines with a new master cylinder, all bleed and working, i have the tail light, with no cracks, i have the headlights/grill and both bumpers,most of the hard stuff is done. it has a new gas tank,lines and sending unit, new leaf springs, I have all the glass, a brand new windshield and all the seals, i have new door and trunk seals to the car, new door/window felts, new carpet, new head liner ( all black ).
It has a strong running 302 with some after market stuff on it, like new HEI distributor and 9mm wires, new hooker headers, new performer plus 4 barrel intake, rebuilt holly 600 carb, new fuel pump, new water pump, new timming chain, it runs great, the hole heater box has been rebuilt with new heater core and seals, new radiator and hoses, it has a a c4 tranny with all new seals and filter and pre-bent tranny lines ,new u-joints, and the list goes on, i hate to see it go but i just dont have the time to finish it, the wheels go with it to, i also have the paint to finish painting it the purple if you want it.
A little more work and you will have a sweet ride, i am sure there is more i am missing but i think you get the idea, if your into cougars this is the one to have, what i am asking for it is about what i have in it, But i am open to offers e-mail me with any questions, i will look at all offers and may take trade as parshall payment( 94 to 98 V-8 mustang or ? ) i have a clean NC title in hand, i have both dash and door vin tags! |
