Hi, my name is Matt Robinson I'm 21 yrs. old and I'm looking for a chance to get in any type of race car. The only experience I have is when I was 18 yrs. old I went to a racing school at the I-70 Speedway where the instructor there said I have a good chance of finding a team to drive in a late model or ARCA type cars. Other type of racing experience I have, I worked for free part time for an ASA racing team in Illinois for almost a year until they had to close shop because the series was closing. I did some pit crew work and also talked with the driver on a regular basis on car set ups and driving lines at the different tracks. I'm not looking for any hand outs, I'm just looking for a shot to prove myself that I can drive a race car. I do have some money to spend on a driver development program.Right now I'm working for a Tire Company in a suburb of Chicago. I've been there for almost a year so I know my way around cars and how to work on them.and when I was in high school I took 3 yrs. of automotive classes. You can e-mail me at [email protected]
