Description
Hello, my name is Kreig Heroth, I am currently 19 years old and compete in the Cup Lites Racing Series in the Northeast. I am looking to establish a driving career. I am a student at the State University of New York at Oswego so it is hard for my family and I to fund a car. Recently, I won the Race of Champions event at the Oswego Speedway and finished 4th in the overall touring points in the 2005 season. Cup Lites racecars are 3/4 scale Nextel Cup cars in which compete on 3/8-1/2 mile asphalt ovals reaching average lap speeds of 120 mph. Also racing on the Mosport 2 and 1/2 mile road course has sharpened my driving skills and opened up talent further than just the oval track. On top of this, before I raced the Cup Lite, from 1999-2003 I succesfully competed in the Empire State Dwarf Car Association on dirt in Central New York. Although that was early in my career, before that I raced a go-cart nationally since I was seven in 1995.
