The Pressure Track Super Data 4 is designed for race cars. However the system has been successfully used on race karts.

We have used Velcro or double sided tape to secure the monitor. Tested on Briggs World Formula, ROTAX DD2 and ROK powered karts this system is capable of handling the high RPM of kart wheels.

With settings for low operating pressures of kart tires this system leads the way. Easily switch between PSI, BAR, Centigrade or Fahrenheit.

While the sensors are waterproof and can be used in wet conditions the monitor should not be used in damp or wet locations as it is designed for a race car that doesn't get the amount of moisture kart racers get especially in a rain race.

We have installed the monitor in a weatherproof pouch and secured it to the steering column with tie raps when we have used it in a wet race.

As the system automatically updates changes, it should stay on the kart, just as for race car use.
