Description
Truck and camper are 1994, RV Titled. Converted in 2000. Basement Storage cost over 11K, beautiful workmanship all high tensile polished plate aluminum. Truck is equipped with integrated cruise/Jacob engine brake. Which means when you set the cruise the truck will maintain set speed up or down hills. The truck has amazing performance in all aspects. Tremendous power and gearing that make motoring very enjoyable. Although you would not want to travel at 90 MPH the reserve is quite a safety factor when passing. Especially when pulling a trailer. Also the horsepower from this Mack allows you to relax like no other engine on the market as the torque curve simmers all the way down to 1200 RPM. For you non truckers out there, that means that there is hardly any shifting on a trip. No need for the anxiety of having automatic transmission problems. High Gear will allow you to slow right down to 40 MPH and accelerate to a max of 90MPH. Driving from Tampa to Buffalo I only used 5 of the 15 gears. Again that is due to the Mack engine technology. The air ride provides a smooth and vibration free ride. The truck uses no oil between changes, gets 10+ miles per gallon. Head winds, side winds, grades simply a thing of the past. Just sit back and enjoy. This truck was converted professionally by the original purchaser. I have the factory order sheet. This vehicle is in prime condition. Low mileage and I will get Mack Truck of Buffalo to provide the buyer with an inspection report and a complete service before you take it away. Should there be any deficiencies I will pay to have them made right. I am not looking to unload this on some poor unsuspecting individual. I purchased this for my family and I suspect you may be doing the same. It will be reliable, safe and comfortable for you. Unlike so many conversions I looked at before buying this one. Most are late model completely wore out rigs (million plus miles)that no trucker on this earth would ever give a nickel for. I know I have had trucks for thirty years. They are quickly splashed and a tin shed added to the rear and there you go. And if you don't believe me a get a Camper manufacturer's opinion on these things. I did!! In one instance the cabinets were letting go from the wall simply due to driving over rough pavement. This is not the case, the camper is a Scotty, all weather unit, with insulation, it's quiet when traveling, has air conditioning and central heating. Sleeps six as it is, the two single beds in the bedroom could easily be converted to twin bunks. Has a well equipped Kitchen, dinning table (converts |
